 This story is inspired by true events that took place during the Gallic Wars between Julius Caesar and the Gallic leader Vercingetorix.

Summary of the previous episode: While Vercingetorix used the scorched earth technique to starve Julius Caesar's Roman Legions, Caesar besieged the last Gallic city in the region where he was located, which was overflowing with supplies:

 AVARIC 

After a month-long siege, Julius Caesar succeeded in capturing it, renaming it AVARICUM, and making it a Roman stronghold...
