 This story is inspired by real events that took place 

in the struggle between Julius Caesar and Pompey, 

as well as Caesar's encounter with Cleopatra.

Summary of the previous part: Julius Caesar and his escort managed to reach the port of Alexandria, where numerous Roman galleys were moored.

 

  However, Egyptian war chariots blocked his path. He was forced to take refuge on the small island of Pharos, where the Lighthouse of Alexandria stood. Unfortunately for Caesar, there were very few Roman soldiers in the lighthouse to defend it.

 

  Arsinoe, Pharaoh's sister, who had set out in pursuit at the head of Pharaoh's army, arrived and ordered the Lighthouse to be stormed and Caesar killed…
