Summary of the previous part: When the firemen from Fire Station 3 arrive to put out a fire in a shop, they are unable to spray the water from their hose...

Ray, wearing his ghost detection helmet, sees the ghost pinching the hose to prevent the water from coming out...

Ray shoots, and the ghost lets go of the hose, taking the opportunity to disappear...

Problem for the Ghostbusters team: they've never caught a ghost in the street....
