 This story is inspired by real events that took place 

in the struggle between Julius Caesar and Pompey, 

as well as Caesar's encounter with Cleopatra.

Summary of the previous part: Ptolemy XIII learns that Caesar's army is now heading towards his palace. His sister Arsinoe advises him to flee by boat and return at the head of a powerful army. He does so immediately. 

Cleopatra, learning that her brother was fleeing, ordered her confidante Amukis to inform Julius Caesar that Ptolemy XIII was escaping by sea.

 

 Ptolemy managed to leave the Royal Port of Alexandria and set sail for the open sea.
