Summary of the previous part: The GHOSTBUSTERS team was contacted by the Director of the LOU-YORK Central Hospital on the advice of a Police inspector who had come to investigate interference problems in the Hospital.
Dr Egon SPENGLER, from the GHOSTBUSTERS team, arrived on the scene and detected numerous ectoplasmic waves in various parts of the hospital.
A few moments later, they come across one of Dr Egon SPENGLER's patients, Louis TULLY. He hears voices in his head, including the name of a doctor who says his name is Igor and that he died three months earlier in the hospital... He would like to bring his patients back to life!
Doctor Peter VENKLAN goes to the Police Station to thank Inspector SMITH, who advised the hospital director to call them.

But Inspector SMITH tells the Doctor that he doesn't believe in ghosts and that he told the hotel manager that as a joke. However, Peter informs him that the interference began three months ago and that his suspect is a ghost called Igor...
Inspector SMITH is intrigued by this information and decides to investigate...
