Summary of the previous part: Unexplained interference occurs on electronic equipment at the LOU-YORK Central Hospital.

The hospital director decides to call in the police. Inspector SMITH, who is in charge of investigating the problems, does not take the Hospital Director's comments seriously and jokingly advises him to contact GHOSTBUSTERS.

 He immediately does so...
