Summary of the previous part: A person who has collapsed in her flat has to be evacuated through the window of her building, as the staircase and lift are too small and narrow to allow her to get out that way...

Fire Station 3 sent its truck with its Great ladder.

As the firefighters were deploying it, it broke down... And it's probably not the first time.

A second large ladder is called in for the evacuation.
