Summary of the previous part: Doctor ADAMS' daughter has been kidnapped by strangers demanding a million dollars.
 
He is not supposed to tell the police, but his wife wants them to intervene and rescue their daughter. They meet Detectives SMITH and WESSON, who will be in charge of her release.
